Anyone who smokes knows how smokers have slowly but surely been “squeezed” out.

It all started with the ban on smoking, except for trans-oceanic flights. Then eventually even that was taken away from smokers. As a smoker, I can’t say that I disagree with the airplane rules against smoking.
